Member Details Tab Overview - Receipts

The Loyalty platform can store purchase Receipts from Member transactions. The Receipts tab of the Member Details screen displays all the purchase Receipts that have been uploaded into the platform, and associated with the currently selected Member.

To search for a Receipt on the Member Details screen:

  1. Select Members from the top navigation bar, then select Members > Members from the side navigation menu. The Members screen is displayed.

  2. On the Members screen, search for and select the desired Member (see Search for a Member for more information). The Member Details screen is displayed with the Metrics tab selected by default.

  3. Select the Receipts tab.

  4. Optionally, in the Search field, enter the desired text string.

  5. Optionally, use the two date fields to define a range for "created date."

  6. Optionally, from the Status drop-down menu, select a receipt status: Only Claimed or Only Unclaimed. The default is Claimed and Unclaimed.

  7. Click the Search icon. The screen is refreshed to show only the Receipts that meet your search criteria. If you entered multiple search criteria, the Receipt must meet ALL criteria.

  1. To sort the search results, select the desired sort order from the Sort By drop-down menu. The default sort order is by: Created Date.

  2. Optionally, to remove all search criteria and revert to the default criteria, click the Clear icon.

For additional details, click a Receipt. The Receipt Details screen is displayed.
